I will aim to process your order within 3 -5 working days. (For original oil paintings, please allow 7 -10 days until dispatch).

Delivery in the UK is by Royal Mail. Original artwork is sent by Next Day Special Delivery. This is a tracked service and will need to be signed for. Prints are sent by second-class post.

Original artwork is securely packaged between protective layers of foam board and bubble wrap for safe delivery. Prints are placed inside protective paper and are securely flat-packed for delivery using padded envelopes.

Unfortunately, I do not deliver to EU countries at this time.

International delivery (outside of the UK) is sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and signed. In some cases, another courier company may be used.

Delivery times will vary according to country, but usually take at least 7 working days (longer for those further away!).

I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just contact me within 14 days of delivery, and ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
